These rules govern the electronic filing and service of documents in civil cases in all participating justice of the peace courts. These rules are adopted pursuant to Texas Government Code §22.004(t), and may be known as the Statewide Rules Concerning the Electronic Filing and Service ofDocuments in Participating Justice ofthe Peace Courts.
