Rule 5.12 - Collection of Penalty(a) If the respondent does not pay the penalty and the enforcement of the penalty is not stayed, the Attorney General may sue to collect the penalty and may recover reasonable expenses, including attorney's fees, incurred in recovering the penalty.(b) A penalty collected under these rules will be deposited in the state treasury in the general revenue fund.Tex.
