Rule 3.1

Administrative Judge. The local administrative statutory probate court judge (the "administrative judge") shall be elected to serve for a term of not more than two years. The first term of the administrative judge shall commence upon his or her election after the enactment of these rules and the approval hereof by the Supreme Court. In the event of a tie in the election of the administrative judge, said tie shall be broken by a vote of the presiding judge.
