Rule 1.11 - TRANSFER OR APPEAL TO SPECIFIC DALLAS COURT INEFFECTIVE

Whenever a case is transferred to Dallas County by a Court of another county, or is appealed, and the order of transfer or the appeal specifies the particular Court to which the case is transferred, such specification shall be disregarded and the case shall be assigned in the manner provided in 1.01, and shall thereafter be subject to the provisions of this Part.
