When there is no court of continuing jurisdiction, the following cases shall be docketed numerically in order of filing and assigned in random order to the 304th and 305th District Courts (and district courts hereafter designated to handle juvenile matters): protection of children in an emergency, removal of infant from hospital, juvenile name change, minority disability removal, delinquency, children in need of supervision and, when Petitioner is the Texas Department of Protective & Regulatory Services, suits affecting the parent-child relationship concerning Managing Conservatorship, Patemity/Legitimation, Termination or Adoption,
