The original version of this rule was adopted as a provisional rule and governed all custody proceedings, as defined in Section l(a) of the rule, from May 1, 2009, through August 31, 2011. This revised rule is adopted as a permanent rule. The revised rule shall take effect on September 1, 2011, and shall apply to all proceedings pending on or filed after the effective date.
