(a) The Parties may select any lawyer in good standing to act as an arbitrator in a Non-Binding Arbitration.(b) Where the Court, pursuant to Section 4 of this Rule, appoints a Rule 31A Neutral to act as an arbitrator in a Non-Binding Arbitration of a general civil case, the person appointed shall be a lawyer in good standing and shall have been admitted to practice for at least ten years.(c) Where the Court, pursuant to Section 4 of this Rule, appoints a Rule 31A Neutral to act as an arbitrator in a Non-Binding Arbitration of a family case, the person appointed shall be a lawyer in good standing and shall have been admitted to practice for at least ten years, during which time a substantial portion of the lawyer's practice shall have been family cases.
