Section 7 - Discovery & Production of Evidence(A) Discovery. The state shall provide discovery in accordance with Section 6(C)(7).(B) Production of Documents. The court may require any clerk of any Tennessee court to furnish copies of documents, orders, or records to petitioner or to file the documents in the clerk's office at the state's expense.
