Section 11 - Tennessee Lawyers' Fund for Client Protection11.01. The Board may require that claimants seeking more than $1,000 obtain a judgment against the offending lawyer or former lawyer. Claimants may be eligible for payment from the Fund if the judgment shall remain unpaid after reasonable efforts to collect same.
