Upon receipt of the request for contested case hearing and filing fee, the Court shall notify all parties of the assignment of an administrative law judge, and the administrative law judge assigned to the case, by pre-hearing order, may request each party to prepare and return a Pre-Hearing Statement setting forth with particularity the issues in the contested case.
