Rule 7.1 - Judicial Performance Evaluation Committee.(A) This court shall appoint a Judicial Performance Evaluation Committee, to develop and administer, under the Court’s supervision, a program for the continuing evaluation of judicial performance. The Committee shall establish procedures to implement the program and shall oversee its daily operation. The Committee shall submit an annual report to the Court which shall contain a summary of evaluation results and recommendations for the improvement of the program.
