Rule 6.5 - Failure to Comply.

Any Judicial Officer who fails to comply and/or fails to document the completion of ten (10) hours of continuing Judicial Education within ninety (90) days of the end of each Reporting Year shall be referred to the chief justice of the Supreme Court by the Director and chairperson of the MCLE Commission. If the noncompliance cannot be resolved, the Judicial Officer may be referred to the Commission on Judicial Tenure and Discipline for possible discipline.
