Rule 25 - Reargument
(a)Petitions. Petitions for reargument of causes heard and decided, including those petitions requesting reargument before the full court because the Supreme Court has evenly divided in an opinion, shall be filed within ten (10) days after filing of the decision. The petitioner shall file with the petition a memorandum setting forth the grounds upon which the petitioner relies.
(b)Memorandum in Opposition. The attorney for any adverse party may within ten (10) days after receipt of the petitioner's papers file a memorandum in opposition to the granting of the petition to reargue.
(c) Papers filed pursuant to this rule shall be filed in accordance with Rule 18.
