In all cases in which affidavits are admissible, the petitioner shall file the petitioner's affidavits at least five (5) days before the day set for hearing. If counter affidavits are admissible they shall be filed at least three (3) days before the day of hearing, unless otherwise allowed by the Supreme Court.
