(a) If requested in writing, the MCLE Commission shall grant a hearing to anyone aggrieved by the operation and/or application of these rules.(b) At the discretion of the MCLE Commission, the hearing may be held before the entire Commission or a three-member panel thereof. If a hearing is held before a three-member panel, the panel shall report its findings and recommendations to the full MCLE Commission for action.(c) Hearings, when held, shall follow the course of proceedings before the Disciplinary Board of the Rhode Island Supreme Court.
