Rule 1.3.1 - Mcle Commission(a) The MCLE Commission shall meet at the office of the Rhode Island Supreme Court, Providence, Rhode Island at the discretion of its chair, and as necessary to fully conduct the business of the Commission.(b) The Supreme Court shall appoint the chair from among the members of the MCLE Commission.(c) Members shall be appointed for a three (3) year term. Five (5) members shall constitute a quorum, which shall be sufficient to conduct business. Amended effective 7/1/2018; Revised 4/1/2024.
