Rule 1.3 - Adoption of Rules.

Except in vacation and on holidays, the court shall ordinarily sit from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Mondays through Fridays, unless the chief judge shall order otherwise.
