Rule 1100 - Countywide Booking Center(A) The County of York shall maintain the countywide Booking Center established pursuant to 42 Pa.C.S. Sec. 1725.6.(B) The President Judge shall, from time to time, establish by administrative order the amount of fees to be charged to individuals processed through the Booking Center who meet the requirements set forth in 42 Pa.C.S. Sec. 1725.5.(C) Fees collected pursuant to section (B) above shall be maintained and used pursuant to 42 Pa.C.S. Sec. 1725.5(b) and other applicable laws or rules of court.
