Rule 3136(f) - Exceptions To Sheriff's Sale

Exceptions to the proposed schedule of distribution from a Sheriff's sale filed pursuant to Pa.R.C.P. No. 3136(d) shall be resolved by one-judge disposition pursuant to York R.C.P. 208.3(b).
