Rule 227.3 - Transcription And Filing Of Trial Record(a) Copies of a formal request for a transcript of all or part of a proceeding shall be delivered as provided in the applicable state rules.(b) The trial judge, upon receiving a request for a transcript of all or a part of a proceeding in a post-trial motion, shall enter an order designating the record or a portion thereof to be transcribed.(c) Upon completion and filing of the transcript so ordered, the court reporter shall file and serve on all parties and the trial judge a statement that the transcript so ordered has been filed and shall state the date of filing.Amended effective through 8/1/2023.
