Rule 1035.2(a) - Motion For Summary Judgment(a) An original of the motion for summary judgment shall be filed with the Prothonotary. It shall be in such form and shall include the information as set forth in York R.C.P. 205.2(a) and York R.C.P.205.2(b).(b) A motion for summary judgment filed by a party shall be resolved by one judge pursuant to York R.C.P. 208.3(b).Amended effective through 8/1/2023.
