Rule 114 - Orders And Court Notices; Filing; Service; And Docket(A) Pursuant to Pa.R.Crim.P. 114(A)(1) and (2), warrants, court orders, and court notices shall be docketed and placed in the criminal case file within two working days of receipt.(B) Pursuant to Pa.R.Crim.P. 114 (B), the Westmoreland County Court Administrator is designated to serve court notices. The Westmoreland County Clerk of Courts shall serve all Orders.1. The Court Administrator shall place in the mail or otherwise serve all notices within two working days of printing.2. The Clerk of Courts shall give a copy of all Court Orders to the Defendant or to the deputy sheriff who has custody of the defendant when the defendant reports to the Clerk of Courts. A copy of all such Court Orders that affect a defendant's custodial status shall also immediately be sent by facsimile transmission or by other electronic means to the Records Division of the Westmoreland County Prison.3. The Clerk of Courts shall serve all Court Orders not covered by Subsection (B)(2) by placing such orders in the mail or by other means listed in Pa.R.Crim.P. 114 (B)(3) within two working days of filing.Rescinded September 8, 2004; New Rule WC114 adopted September 8, 2004, effective 11/1/2004.
