Rule 430 - Service Pursuant To Special Order Of Court. Publication(a)Designated Publication. Whenever service by publication is authorized by statute, rule, or special order of court, and the manner of publication is not otherwise specified, such service shall be made by publishing the required notice one (1) time in a newspaper of general circulation in Washington County, and one (1) time in the Washington County Reports. Affidavits of publication shall be filed with the Prothonotary.(b)Designation of Legal Publication. The Washington County Reports, owned and operated by the Washington County Bar Association, is hereby designated the official legal publication of Washington County. (1) The Washington County Reports shall also print such other matters as are required by these rules or by order of court.Amended effective 1/1/2022
