Rule 5.12 - PLEDGE, LEASE, OR EXCHANGE OF REAL PROPERTY(a) A petition by a fiduciary to mortgage real property shall conform as closely as practicable to the requirements of Sch. Co. O.C. Rule 5.10 with regard to a petition to sell real property at public sale by the same fiduciary; shall set forth the amount and terms of the proposed loan; and shall provide sufficient facts to enable the Court to determine whether the proposed loan should be approved.
