Rule L225 - Addresses And Summing Up(a) Opening addresses may be made by all parties or groups of parties at the commencement of the trial in the order of their appearing in the pleadings. Any party may reserve their opening address until immediately before presenting their evidence.(b) After the close of the testimony, each party or group of parties shall have the right of final address or argument in inverse order to the order of opening addresses, unless otherwise ordered by the court.(c) The Court reserves the right to regulate the number and length of addresses to the jury or to the court pursuant to Pa.R.Civ.P. 223(a)(3).Amended effective 4/18/2019.
