Writs of execution for the sale of real estate shall be advertised by the Sheriff once a week for three successive weeks in The Legal Intelligencer and in one daily newspaper of general circulation in this county; the first advertisement to be not less than twenty-one (21) days before the date of the sale. He shall also post handbills containing the information required by law, one on the real estate to be sold.
