Rule *1308 - Compensation of Arbitrators

All arbitrators, whether panel members or chairpersons, shall be compensated at a rate of $225.00 per day or $125.00 for one-half day of service, or as may otherwise be established by the Administrative Judge of the Trial Division.

Amended by the Board of Judges on May 18, 1995, effective 7/17/1995. On9/20/2006, Administrative Judge James J. Fitzgerald III directed an increase to the compensation payable to arbitrators to $225 for a full day and $125 for one-half day of service effective 1/2/2007. Amended May 15, 2014, effective 7/6/2014.
