Rule 7.1B - Pre-Trial Conference(1) In any action the Court, on its own motion or on motion of any party, may direct counsel for the parties to appear for a conference to consider: (a) The identification of the issues;(b) The necessity or desirability of amendments to the pleadings;(c) The possibility of obtaining admissions of fact and of documents which will avoid unnecessary proof; and(d) Such other matters as may aid in the disposition of the action.(2) The Court may make an order reciting the action taken at the conference, identifying the issues for trial, the amendments allowed to the pleadings, and the agreements made by the parties as to any of the matters considered.Amended effective 1/6/2018; amended effective 6/1/2019.
