Rule 8.7 - CONFIRMATION OF REPORTA If no exceptions are taken to an auditor's or master's report within ten (10) days of the date of its filing, the Court may enter a decree confirming the auditor's report and adopting the master's report.B. When exceptions are filed to the report of an auditor, the Court shall hear the exceptions and either (1) by decree, confirm the auditor's report or adopt the auditor's report, or (2) if the auditor or master has made an error of law or abused his or her discretion, modify the auditor's or master's report and enter an appropriate decree.
