Rule 9.1A - Auditor or Master Notice of Scheduled Hearings(a) An auditor or master appointed pursuant to 20 Pa. C.S. § 751 shall give written notice of scheduled hearings: 1) by service upon the attorney appearing of record for a party;2) if there is no such attorney, by U.S. first-class mail, if the party's residence is known; or3) if a party's residence is not known, by publication once a week during two successive calendar weeks in the Montgomery County Law Reporter; or by such method of alternative service as is authorized by the court.
