Rule 5.8B - Discharge of Personal Representative, Estates Not Exceeding $50,000

A petition with account annexed for the discharge of a personal representative under Rule 5.8 shall also conform as far as practicable to the requirements of a petition under 5.16 for the settlement of a small estate under the provisions of Section 3102 of Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code.
