Rule 4012*(c) - Protective Orders, Depositions, Place of Taking(c) Taking Depositions - Place. In the absence of an agreement between counsel for the parties, or unless otherwise allowed by special order of the Court, all depositions shall be taken in the Montgomery County Courthouse.
