Rule 3204*(a) - Sheriff's Determination of Claimant's Title, Hearing(a) If a party in interest files a request for a formal hearing with the Sheriff within ten (10) days after date of the mailing of the copy of the claim, as provided by Rule 3203, the Sheriff shall schedule a formal hearing prior to determining whether claimant is the prima facie owner of the property in whole or in part.
