Rule 225*(a),(b) - Summing Up, Sequence of Speeches(a)* The defendant's attorney may make an opening speech either immediately following the opening speech of plaintiff s attorney or at the opening of the defendant's case.(b)* The attorney for the party having the burden of proof shall first sum up.
