Rule 1915.3 - Custody Petitions and ProcedureA. All pleadings relating only to custody of minor children shall include a motion cover sheet pursuant to rule L205.2(b)B.B. All custody-related pleadings, other than those alleging contempt or requesting special relief, shall be referred to a family court hearing officer for the scheduling of an initial conference with the parties and their respective counsel.C. If the custody action is included in a count in a divorce complaint, an initial conference before a hearing officer will be scheduled upon the filing of a praecipe. The praecipe must include an updated criminal record/abuse history verification completed by the filing party and a blank verification form for the opposing party, along with the order/notice required by Pa.
