1. Any party may appeal from the findings or award of the Board of Arbitrators to the Court of Common Pleas of Luzerne County. Appeals shall result in de novo proceedings before the trial court. The right of appeal is limited by 1301(f) which concerns failure of a party to be present at time of arbitration.2. The cost of appeal shall be set by Court order and shall include a sum to compensate the fees of the Arbitration board.3. Simultaneously with the filing of the appeal, appellant shall file a Certificate of Readiness for Trial with the Office of Judicial Services and Records (Prothonotary), serve all counsel and unrepresented parties and shall deliver a time-stamped copy to Court Administration which shall assign the case to a Judge for trial in the ordinary course.
