Rule 2032 - Filing Affidavit As To Age(a) A party, who files and serves on another party a rule to file of record an affidavit indicating whether that party is an adult or a minor, shall at the time of filing such rule also file a certificate of service indicating the manner of serve of said rule and the date on which such service was made.(b) The rule filed and served by the party shall advise the recipient party who is directed to file the affidavit of the date of filing of rule in the Office of the Clerk of Judicial Records.(c) The party who is to file the affidavit shall do so within ten (10) days from the date of service of the rule.Amended effective November 2014.
