Exceptions to an auditor's or master's report shall be filed within twenty (20) days of the date of the filing of the report. Exceptions shall be in writing and the original and one copy shall be filed in the clerk's office. Any issues not raised by the exceptions are waived. The party filing the exceptions shall serve a copy of the exceptions upon each person listed on the certificate of notice filed by the auditor or master pursuant to Jeff. O.C. Rule L 8.3(a)(7). A copy of the exceptions shall be forwarded immediately by the clerk to the district court administrator.
