Rule 208.4 - Motions. Issues of Disputed Fact.

Sinee the Indiana County Court of Common Pleas routinely conducts evidentiary hearings on contested motions, movants shall attach to contested motions the form of Order required by Pa. R.C.P. No. 208.4, as modified by the Note to the Rule. Briefing shall occur in the manner required by Local Ruk 208.3(b).
