Rule 1034(a) - Motions for Judgment on the Pleadings.

All motions for judgment on the pleadings shall be praeciped to the argument list. These motions shall be scheduled, argued, and decided, and shall bc subject to the same Local Rules as, other motions not requiring an evidentiary hearing.
