Rule 39-7.1 - Exceptions

Exceptions to a First and Final Account of an Executor, Administrator, Guardian or Trustee shall be specifically stated in writing and filed in accordance with Local Rule 39-6.10 relating to objections, and exceptions to an Auditor's or Master's Report shall be filed in accordance with Local Rule 39-8.6.
