Rule 39-6.9 - Statement of Proposed Distribution

The statement of proposed distribution shall be filed at the same place and time as the account and shall be accompanied by a copy of the will, if any, the account and proofs of publication of the appointment of fiduciary if necessary. Notice of such filing shall be advertised with the account as in Local Rule 39-6.6. The statement of proposed distribution shall contain the names of the proposed distributees, the amount or share awarded to each, a brief statement of the nature or reasons for the proposed awards and other information briefly stated which will assist the court in making a proper award, or if no distribution is proposed, a statement as to the reasons why distribution cannot be made.
