Rule 39-12.1 - Family Exemption

Any petition for a family exemption to be paid out of real estate and personally shall contain a written appraisal of the property by someone qualified to make such an appraisal and the court may direct that the petition for exemption be confirmed absolutely upon twenty (20) days notice of the presentation to all parties in interest by ordinary mail or by such other method as the court shall direct.
