Rule 39-5000.14.1

Upon receipt of the Order for transcript from the Court and upon filing an Appeal, after the payment of the required deposit for such transcript as provided in Rule 39-5000.6 the official Court Reporter shall make and lodge a transcript with the appropriate office within fourteen (14) days thereafter.
