Rule 39-1910.4 - Commencement of Action(a) The action shall be commenced by filing a Complaint with the Domestic Relations Section, in Franklin County at 218 North Second Street, Chambersburg, Pennsylvania 17201 and in Fulton County at 208-R North Second Street, McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania 17233. All docketing and custody of original records for child support, spousal support, and alimony pendente lite shall be done at the Franklin County Domestic Relations Office.(b) No filing fee shall be required in advance.
