Rule 14.2.3 - Adjudication of Incapacity And Appointment of A Guardian of The Person And/Or Estate of An Incapacitated Person Qualifications of The Guardian(a) The class of persons from which a guardian may be appointed shall be as set forth at 20 Pa.C.S.A. § 5511(f).(b) Non-residents: The Court, except in special circumstances, will not appoint nonresidents as guardians of the estate of incapacitated persons residing within the county.
