Rule 103 - Definitions

(a) The definitions of terms used in these rules shall be the same as those set forth in Pa.R.Crim.P. 103, except:

(1) "Court" shall mean the Court of Common Pleas of the 37^th Judicial District.

(2) "Issuing Authority" shall mean any one of the current Magisterial District Judges for the 37^th Judicial District.

(3) "Rule" shall mean any rule of the Court unless otherwise indicated.
