These Local Rules shall become effective within thirty (30) days after publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, except for Local 205.2(a), 205.2(b), 206.1(a), 206.4(c), 208.2(c), 208.2(d), 208.2(e), 208.3(a), 210, 1028(c), 1034(a), and 1035.2(a), which shall become effective upon publication on the Pennsylvania Judiciary's Web Application Portal. These Rules shall be applicable to pending actions.
