Rule 1903 - Fee Schedule

Pursuant to 5.00 of the Public Access Policy of the Unified Judicial System of Pennsylvania: Official Case Records of the Magisterial District Courts, the fee for photocopying the official case records of the magisterial district courts shall be $0.25 per page and exact postage shall be charged when official case records are requested to be mailed. The fee schedule shall be publicly posted.
