(a) A party filing exceptions shall request and cause to be filed any transcript required and make any necessary payment or deposit therefore.(b) When both parties file exceptions, the cost of the transcript shall be borne proportionately.(c) Exceptions shall be presented to the Court as a routine motion in accordance with Fayette County 211 and assigned for argument.Amended August 21, 2001, effective 10/15/2001.
